Abstract

Sac destiné à la production de blanc de champignon. Il comporte une feuille 1 en matière plastique transparente ou translucide, dont des côtés opposés présentent des zones perforées 2 et 3. Cette feuille est repliee sur elle-même de manière que les zones perforées 2 et 3 se chevauchent. Une feuille microporeuse 7, constituant un filtre bactérien, est insérée entre les zones perforées 2 et 3, puis ces dernières et la feuille 7 sont soudées les unes aux autres le long de leurs bords. Domaine d'application : production de blanc de champignon.
