Abstract

Poudre métallique composite constituée par un alliage métallique à base de fer comprenant, en poids, approximativement 0,60 % à approximativement 4,0 % de silicium et approximativement 0,08 % à approximativement 0,18 % de carbone, et ayant une densité apparente d'approximativement 1,6 à 2,3 g/cm**3. Pour fabriquer une telle poudre métallique composite par atomisation par de l'eau, un courant de l'alliage métallique en fusion est heurté par des jets d'eau rencontrant ledit courant en un point commun, l'angle formé par les jets d'eau et ledit courant ayant une valeur comprise entre approximativement 25 degrés et 45 degrés . Cette poudre est utilisable comme filtre, notamment pour filtrer des polymères liquides.
