Abstract

Mécanisme de déchiquetage permettant de couper en petits morceaux des matériaux en feuille. Le mécanisme comprend plusieurs disques de déchiquetage primaire, et plusieurs disques de déchiquetage secondaire dont le diamètre est inférieur à celui des disques de déchiquetage primaire, qui sont montés alternativement sur une paire d'arbres tournant dans des directions opposées. Sur la périphérie de chaque disque se trouvent des bords de coupe en petits morceaux, une partie des surfaces latérales des disques de déchiquetage primaire d'un arbre étant amenée en contact avec une partie des surfaces latérales des disques de déchiquetage primaire de l'autre arbre. Un matériau en feuille est découpé en bandes par les disques de déchiquetage primaire et les bandes sont ensuite découpées en petits morceaux par les bords des disques de déchiquetage primaire et secondaire. Application aux dispositifs de déchiquetage.
