Abstract

Equipement de mise à jour de fichiers pour terminal d'édition d'un système de transmission d'informations visuelles par le réseau téléphonique commuté (vidéotex interactif). Il comprend un microprocesseur 17 connecté entre le modem et l'écran 12 du terminal (récepteur de télévision) et associé à une mémoire à semi-conducteurs 18, une mémoire permanente 20 et des touches de commande. Une de ces touches E permet l'utilisation du microprocesseur pour l'édition et la mise en mémoire de 1 à 4 pages de texte au moyen du clavier 13 et de l'écran 12. La liaison téléphonique entre le terminal et le calculateur distant du système vidéotex n'est établie que pendant le temps de transmission des pages déjà éditées au calculateur, d'où une réduction du coût de la communication.
