Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'élaboration d'un mélange de produits. Le procédé consiste à déterminer des valeurs de paramètres de référence que doit présenter le mélange en fin d'élaboration ainsi que des débits de référence des produits à mélanger. Les paramètres du mélange sont mesurés de manière répétitive au cours de l'élaboration, et cumulés de manière à obtenir leur valeur moyenne. Les valeurs moyennes de paramètres sont alors comparées après chaque cumul aux valeurs des paramètres de référence. On recherche ensuite, après chaque cumul, les valeurs de corrections des débits des produits à mélanger en minimisant la combinaison des écarts entre les valeurs des paramètres du mélange et les valeurs des paramètres de référence et des écarts entre les débits des produits et les débits de référence. Le dispositif comprend des moyens pour mettre en oeuvre ce procédé. Application à la régulation automatique de produits en ligne, notamment des produits pétroliers.
