Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de revêtement. Cette composition est formée en hydrolysant 35 à 70 % en poids d'orthosilicate de tétraéthyl et 60 à 20 % en poids d'un certain silane. On peut utiliser facultativement jusquà 20 % en poids d'un silane ayant un site polaire réactif ou alternativement un petit pourcentage d'un agent tensio-actif pour fournir un article revêtu qui peut être coloré. La composition est utile pour fournir des revêtements résistant à l'abrasion.
