Abstract

The unwrapping machine consists of a conveyer which allowing the package to pass in between guides and over cutters to slit the sides of the wrapping. The package moves at right angles to allow the second cutters to operate. The final unwrapping is performed by introducing fingers under the wrapping to lift it away from the contents.
