Abstract

L'invention concerne un broyeur rotatif à couteaux, notamment pour la récupération des métaux. Les lames couteaux en forme de parallélépipède rectangle à base carrée comportent huit arêtes de coupe négative identiques et permutables. Elles sont solidement fixées dans un logement trapézoïdal par l'enfoncement d'un coin de serrage ce dernier est forcé et extrait à l'aide de plusieurs vis. A chaque affûtage les lames sont préréglées à l'avance, avant leur montage. Application : broyeur capable de réduire en granulés les métaux, notamment les métaux tenaces.
