Abstract

Chambre d'extinction d'un arc électrique du type à soufflage magnétique. Elle est constituée par deux sections symétriques par rapport à l'axe des contacts fixe et mobile. Chaque section utilise un champ magnétique constant engendré par des aimants permanents et chargé de déplacer rapidement l'arc électrique vers l'une ou l'autre des sections selon la polarité de la demi-onde du courant Dans chaque section, on engendre en outre un champ magnétique variable de même direction que le premier et fonction de l'intensité du courant à couper. Applications aux chambres de coupure.
