Abstract

Nappe de fibres filtrante, destinée à filtrer des polymères en fusion, qui est constituée par une nappe à deux composantes et qui, insérée entre des dispositifs supports, est disposée dans le courant de matière en fusion. Elle comporte une composante élastique, composée d'une masse liante durcie, et une composante inélastique, imprégnée par la première selon une distribution irrégulière, de fibres de verre multifilaires, distribuées statistiquement, dont les positions sont stabilisées et dont les diamètres des filaments sont inférieurs à 5 microns. Application filage de fils synthétiques.
