Abstract

Ensemble permettant de suivre en continu tous les déplacements de mobiles qu'ils soient ou non sur rails ou chemins de roulement afin d'en assurer la protection et la gestion à distance L'ensemble comprend d'une part un équipement embarqué sur un des mobiles et d'autre part un équipement au sol et/ou embarqué sur un ou sur plusieurs autres mobiles considérés par le premier mobile comme mobiles antagonistes. Chaque mobile est équipé d'une part de recopieurs de mouvements pour suivre le déplacement du mobile sur les trois axes, de convertisseurs transmetteurs de signaux codés images des déplacements et d'autre part de récepteurs accordés associés à des convertisseurs permettant ainsi à tous moments à bord d'un mobile au sein d'un seul coffret de connaître en continu sa propres coordonnées et les coordonnées des mobiles antagonistes. Cela permet d'afficher à bord sur indicateurs les coordonnées du mobile et des antagonistes éventuels, les distances séparant un mobile des autres mobiles, même à grandes distances et de détecter les seuils en dessous desquels une partie d'un mobile devient dangereux pour une partie d'un ou de plusieurs autres mobiles. Par exemple, l'invention peut être utilisée, d'une part, chaque fois qu'il y a risque de collision entre plusieurs mobiles qu'ils soient ou non sur un même chemin de roulement et d'autre part, chaque fois que l'on veut connaître, enregistrer au sol tout ou partie des mouvements d'un ou plusieurs mobiles sur rails.
