Abstract

Ski safety binding has one jaw to fit into and hold one end of the sole of the ski boot and an attachment section connectable to the ski which largely extends vertically into a recess of the jaw which forms one unit together with a housing section. An attachment section (2) fixed to the ski is fitted on its front surface (2b) with at least two reaction lines which converge in the direction towards the ski's upper surface. With any jaw position diverging from the central rest position of the unit, the corresp. attachment or swivel line and the corresp. reaction line lie on opposite sides of the vertical longitudinal centre plane.
