Abstract

The display system has a band guided between rollers. The band is wound onto two spools which are rotated by an electrically driven control system. A frame supports the different parts of the system, the whole being contained in a housing. The band supports the graphic document and can be made from any supple transparent material for example polypropylene or cellulosic film. The graphic documents are directly inscribed on the band or may be inscribed on sheets which are fixed to the band. Fixing of the sheets onto the band is achieved by forming pockets onto the band into which the display sheets are placed.
