Abstract

a. Procédé et dispositif pour la fabrication de surfaces asphériques à partir d'une surface sphérique proche de la surface asphérique à obtenir. b. On effectue, sur la surface sphérique 8 à traiter, un apport de matière par dépôt sous vide en interposant, entre cette surface et la source émettrice 3 de matière, un ou plusieurs éléments 15, 20 aptes à intercepter les particules de la matière diffusée sur la trajectoire desquelles ces éléments sont disposés. Or, l'emplacement et la forme de ces éléments sont déterminés de façon à moduler l'épaisseur du dépôt de matière suivant les diverses zones de la surface traitée afin de transformer celle-ci en une surface asphérique répondant au profil désiré. c. Le procédé et le dispositif selon l'invention permettent de fabriquer des surfaces asphériques en verre, en germanium ou toute autre matière, susceptibles de constituer des éléments optiques de précision.
