Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition élastomère. Cette composition comprend en combinaison au moins certains des composants suivants : 13 à 17 % en poids d'un polymère obtenu par polymérisation d'acrylonitrile avec un monomère insaturé à une ou plusieurs liaisons éthyléniques (pourcentage calculé en unités acylonitrile par rapport à la composition totale), 0,5 à 2,5 % en poids d'un agent de démoulage, 38 à 60 % en poids de charges blanches et/ou de charges renforçantes, 3 à 10 % en poids d'un agent plastifiant, 3 à 7 % en poids d'un agent activateur ; 0,2 à 2,5 % en poids de soufre, 1,5 à 2,7 % d'un agent antioxydant et 1,2 à 3,8 % en poids d'un agent accélérateur de vulcanisation autre que le soufre. Cette composition permet de fabriquer des objets formés ou moulés en particulier des bagues d'étanchéité ayant une stabilité dimensionnelle améliorée.
