Abstract

Dispositif de mélange à paroi d'extrémité munie de rangées concentriques d'éléments de mélange axiaux, d'un rotor, tournant dans le boîtier, et possédant sur ses faces d'autres éléments de mélange axiaux, en une pluralité de rangées concentriques annulaires, les éléments de mélange de ladite paroi d'extrémité et ceux du rotor s'adaptant mutuellement. Les éléments de mélange de chaque rangée sont chacun délimités par des surfaces interne et externe partiellement cylindriques et par d'autres surfaces, droites, formant les côtés de gorges, dont les axes sont disposés le long de différentes tangentes à un cercle primitif interne concentrique avec les surfaces partiellement cylindriques. Application, notamment, à la réalisation d'aliments aérés, de matière plastique expansée, etc.
