Abstract
Installation d'évaporation à basse température, notamment pour la concentration de solutions fragiles ou sensibles à la température, tels que produits pharmaceutiques ou alimentaires, caractérisée par ceci qu'elle comporte, en combinaison, un premier échangeur E pour l'évaporation de la solution à traiter, un second échangeur F pour la condensation de la vapeur séparée de ladite solution, et un dispositif de pompe à chaleur formé d'un compresseur C aspirant un fluide caloporteur ayant traversé le condenseur et le refoulant à travers l'évaporateur ayant traversé le condenseur et le refoulant à travers l'évaporateur, et d'autre part un détendeur D qui maintient une différence de pression déterminée sur le circuit de retour du fluide caloporteur de l'évaporateur E vers le condenseur F. Application aux industries pharmaceutiques et alimentaires.
