Abstract

La présente invention concerne un perfectionnement aux hachoirs-malaxeurs. Le couteau pour hachoir-malaxeur comporte au moins une lame 12 sensiblement plane et entraînée en rotation autour d'un axe coaxial à l'axe de la cuve 4 du hachoir-malaxeur, un dispositif 16 pour faire varier l'inclinaison de la lame de coupe par rapport à l'axe de rotation du couteau en fonction de la vitesse de rotation dudit couteau. Le couteau est à usage domestique.
