Abstract

The device consists of a tunnel fitted with a conveyor to draw the products through the heater. The tunnel is lined by induction coils producing a magnetic circuit in the branches, arranged on either side of the conveyor. The coils are supplied with the primary circuit connected to an alternating current. The primary circuit has a number of condensers connected in parallel. A photo electric cell registers the temperature difference to reduce the appearance of black streaks across the product.
