Abstract

Dispositif permettant de générer un profil concave dans un trou cylindrique en utilisant les effets de la force centrifuge. Ce dispositif est composé d'un arbre 1 dans lequel sont usinés une fente 2, un trou 3 et un évidement 4. Une pastille mobile 5, logée dans la fente 2, pivote autour d'une goupille 6 sous l'action de la force centrifuge lorsque l'arbre 1 est animé en rotation autour de son axe longitudinal. La pastille mobile 5 provoque ainsi une déformation progressive du profil enveloppe SIGMA de la génératrice. L'invention peut être utilisée pour l'exécution de chambrages dans des trous cylindriques destinés à recevoir des fixations basées sur le principe de la déformation élastique, ceci dans le but d'améliorer notablement la résistance à l'arrachement desdites fixations et plus particulièrement dans des matériaux réputés friables.
