Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé d'incorporation de matériaux divisés en surface de pièces moulées en aluminium ou en un alliage d'aluminium ainsi que le moule destiné à son application. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on coule dans l'empreinte du moule une quantité de métal supérieure à celle destinée à constituer la pièce, on distribue sur la surface libre du métal liquide les matériaux divisés, on applique sur cette surface la partie supérieure du moule conçu de façon que sous l'action de son poids elle exerce une pression sur le métal et en refoule l'excès hors de l'empreinte. Le moule est composé d'un châssis et d'un couvercle garnis de sable et éventuellement d'une chape lorsque les pièces moulées sont de grandes dimensions. Cette invention trouve son application dans la fabrication de plaques ayant des surfaces pouvant atteindre 10 m**2 et des épaisseurs pouvant descendre jusqu'à 3 mm et destinées à la confection de platelages routiers, marches, planchers, joints routiers, plaques de blindages, plaques décoratives.The invention relates to a method of incorporating materials divided into the surface of castings made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy as well as the mold intended for its application.
