Abstract

L'invention concerne une tuyère de texturisation de fils qui est associée à un déflecteur. Le déflecteur 40 est une plaque mince montée perpendiculairement à l'orifice de sortie 30 de la tuyère 10. Il comporte une ouverture 61 par laquelle passe le fil après avoir quitté l'orifice de sortie. Le fil est tiré contre un bord 60 de l'ouverture. Un premier moyen de réglage 42, 43 permet de faire varier la distance entre le déflecteur et l'orifice de sortie, et un deuxième moyen de réglage 50 permet de faire varier la position perpendiculaire du déflecteur vis-à-vis de l'orifice de sortie. Ce déflecteur assure une plus grande vitesse de fonctionnement de la tuyère et améliore la formation des frisures, ondulations et boucles imparties au fil par la tuyère.
