Abstract

Installation de production de gaz de synthèse avec apport de chaleur fournie par un réacteur, dans laquelle le rapport hydrogène-oxyde de carbone peut être modifié. L'installation comporte un gazéificateur de charbon à vapeur d'eau 5 et un four de dissociation de méthane 7 dont les gaz produits sont mélangés, puis le bioxyde de carbone extrait en 18 et le méthane en 19, ce dernier étant, avec apport de vapeur d'eau, mélangé en 21 à une fraction de bioxyde de carbone plus ou moins élevée selon le rapport des gaz à régler et ramené au four de dissociation 7, une autre fraction de bi-oxyde de carbone étant, également mélangée à de la vapeur d'eau, ramenée au gazéificateur de charbon 5.
