L'invention est relative à un 1,1,1-trichloréthane stabilisé Le produit conforme à l'invention renferme de 0,2 à 2 % de 2-méthyl-2,3-époxypropanol-(1) et éventuellement de 0,2 à 2 % en poids d'éther méthyl-butylique tertiaire. Le produit est utilisable pour le dégraissage des surfaces métalliques.
