Abstract

L'appareil électrique comporte un boîtier 3 au potentiel de la terre, contenant un gaz isolant 2 et traversé par un conducteur central 1. L'appareil de détection des matières étrangères comporte un moyen de détection 5 qui détecte les ondes ultrasoniques engendrées par les matières étrangères 4, 10 présentes dans le boîtier et se propageant dans ce dernier, et un moyen indicateur 8 indiquant la présence des matières étrangères dès que le signal de sortie du moyen de détection excède un niveau prédéterminé. Application aux disjoncteurs et aux barres omnibus.
