Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé permettant d'effectuer optiquement des mesures précises et rapides de cotes en élévation. L'on projette sur l'objet de mesure 3D un ensemble de franges régulières F en translation uniforme à vitesse Vx et l'on observe selon un angle alpha Not= n. pi 2 l'image des franges projetées. La mesure du déphasage du signal lumineux réfléchi ou diffusé en deux points du plan image est proportionnel à une variation de hauteur relative des deux points objets correspondants. Le procédé permet de mesurer les cotes absolues ou relatives en élévation en des points critiques de pièces dans une chaîne de fabrication. Détermination du profil d'une pièce.
