Abstract

Continuous panels which resemble the backs of a row of books are made by printing and thermoforming sheets of flexible PVC or polyurethane contg. a blowing agent to produce a microcellular texture. For mfr. of 'dummy' libraries apparently contg. sets of books each 15-40 cm tall and 1.5-15 cm thick, e.g. for window or stage display purposes or for concealment. The final thickness of the cellular formed sheet may be 0.5-2 cm.
