Abstract

A paper roll support arm has a series of lugs or projections on its base, whilst the support for the roller is fixed to hang in relation to the base. The base has unequal sides, the longer side carrying a hinge from which the roller support is suspended. The lugs on the base may take the form of diamond-shaped points. When the support is empty and rests against the base, it presents a hollow to the base so that it may not come into contact with the base projections.
