Abstract

The TV aerial has foldable rods each rod is fixed to a common base on a longitudinal support. The rod (2) forms by itself a flexible deformable loop (2a, 2b, 2c). The base (3) has locking elements (8, 9, 11, 12) which cooperate with two branches (2b, 2c) of the loop, so as to maintain the rod (2) in its operating position. The two branches (2b, 2c) extend from a central part (2a). The base (3) has a part (6) forming a block for the central part (2a), of the aerial rod. The aerial rod (2a, 2b, 2c) pivots around the axis of the block (6) which in section has an open C shape forming a slot (S) into which the central part (2a) of the rod fits.
