Abstract

New chromane derivs. and their pharmacologically tolerable salts are of formula (I): In (I), X is 2-4C alkylene; R1 is H or 1-4C alkyl; R2 is 1-4C alkyl; or NR1R2 is 5- or 6- membered ring; R3 is H, F, Cl, Br, CH3, OCH3 or Cf3; and the asterisked C-atom has the same configuration as the corresponding C-atom in (-)-2,2-dimethyl-7-hydroxy-4-(3- trifluoromethylphenyl)chromane. (I) are the active isomers of the cpds. disclosed in GB 1486001.
