Abstract

Procédé d'analyse différentielle pour déterminer la teneur réelle en acide urique dans un échantillon. Il consiste à soumettre des portions d'échantillon, respectivement à une analyse témoin et à une analyse réactionnelle et à déterminer la teneur réelle en acide urique par la différence des mesures des deux fragments d'échantillon, l'analyse témoin consistant à mettre le fragment d'échantillon en contact avec un milieu contenant de l'uricase, à traiter le mélange avec un indicateur d'acide urique et à effectuer la détermination colorimétrique de l'acide urique, et l'analyse réactionnelle consistant à mettre le fragment d'échantillon en contact avec un indicateur d'acide urique et à déterminer l'acide urique. Applicable notamment à l'inspection de produits alimentaires soupçonnés de contamination par insectes.
