Abstract

Le chariot transporteur A, sur lequel des plateaux garnis de bobines vides sont chargés dans la zone Z, s'engage sur la voie P1 , en passant par la voie P6 , puis s'arrête dans une position X ou Y face à un métier d'où les bobines pleines doivent être ensuite extraites. Ensuite, les neuf plateaux portant des bobines vides sont acheminés un à un au métier. Les bobines vides garnissant un plateau sont extraites par une suite d'opérations comprenant un transfert du plateau porté par la palette sur le support de plateau d'un élévateur en position haute, un mouvement de descente de l'élévateur jusqu'à son niveau initial, et un déplacement, sur le devant de la rangée de broches du métier, du plateau porté par le support de plateau, sous l'action du convoyeur de plateau.
