Abstract

La présente invention, par l'incorporation de la vocalisation, facilite la lecture de l'arabe sans risques de déformation de mots ou de sens quelque soit le niveau de culture du lecteur. Elle permet par l'introduction de nouvelles consonnes et voyelles, l'écriture et la prononciation exacte de termes scientifiques ou techniques d'utilisation internationale commune à toutes les langues ou empruntés à une langue étrangère ainsi que les noms propres d'origine non arabe sans aucun risque de déformation. Elle ouvre la porte grande pour l'utilisation de l'arabe dans le domaine de télécommunication sur le même pied d'égalité que n'importe quelle autre langue vivante. Pour les constructeurs de certaines machines, elle économise le temps et la matière première en diminuant de chaque clavier 14 touches, 14 tiges supports et 14 caractères, réduit l'encombrement et le poids de la machine et du casier de typographie manuelle. Quant aux utilisateurs, elle leur offre la réduction du champ de vision et d'action sur la machine, une grande utilisation de l'écriture arabe même pour des mots ou des phrases de langues étrangères sans risque de déformation, une large diffusion d'idées ou de slogans dans les milieux populaires les moins cultivés, la possibilité de télécommuniquer en arabe et la totale liberté de vocaliser ou non selon les besoins et les lecteurs auxquels ils s'adressent dont ils restent seuls juges.
