Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet des dispositifs permettant de distribuer uniformément un liquide par aspersion sur une surface horizontale. Un dispositif selon l'invention comporte un tube vertical 7 dans lequel circule un liquide. Immédiatement au-dessous de l'orifice de sortie 15a du liquide est disposée une roue à ailettes 8, 8a concentrique à cet orifice. Cette roue est entraînée en rotation, de préférence par une turbine 16 qui est elle-même entraînée par la circulation du liquide. Une application est le recyclage du vin dans une cuve de vinification et la répartition uniforme de celui-ci sur la surface du gâteau de marc.
