La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de détection et d'intervention cardiovasculaire. Ce procédé consiste en la détection de la pression intracardiaque. L'invention se rapporte également à un dispositif du type stimulateur cardiaque pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
