Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition particulaire sèche et fluide. Cette composition est caractérisée en ce qu'elle se compose d'un véhicule particulaire sur lequel est absorbée au moins environ 0,1 partie en poids d'acide propionique sous forme liquide par partie en poids du véhicule particulaire, ce véhicule étant du type qui, à température ambiante, c'est-à-dire de l'ordre d'environ 0 à 60 degrés C, catalyse et détermine la formation d'acide propionique sous forme monomère dans les vapeurs d'acide propionique s'évaporant de temps en temps de l'acide propionique absorbé sur le matériau particulaire du véhicule. Applicable en tant qu'agent de conservation pour un produit consistant essentiellement en un produit agricole brut ou traité ou un sous-produit ou dérivé de ce dernier.
