Abstract

L'invention concerne des conducteurs anioniques fluorés en couches minces. Ces conducteurs sont constitués par des solutions solides d'au moins deux fluorures, formant des fluorures lacunaires, les cations de ces fluorures, dont l'un au moins possède une valence différente de celle des autres, étant choisis de telle façon que la conductivité du conducteur résultant soit suffisante aux températures de mise en oeuvre. Application comme électrolytes.
