Abstract

L'invention concerne les instruments chirurgicaux. L'instrument faisant l'objet de l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il possède un dispositif servant à la mesure de la température en différents points de la zone à refroidir du tissu biologique et comprenant un support d'aiguille 25 embrassant d'une manière mobile la surface extérieure du corps 1 de l'instrument et pouvant être fixé en position après déplacement axial et/ou tangentiel, une aiguille 23 pénétrant en profondeur dans le tissu biologique, disposée sensiblement parallèlement à la sonde 11 et reliée audit support d'aiguille de manière à pouvoir être déplacée radialement et fixée en position par rapport à la sonde 11, et un capteur périphérique de température 22 monté dans la pointe de l'aiguille 23. L'instrument en question peut être employé dans un cryocoagulateur, de préférence en oncologie, thoracochirurgie, dermatologie, gynécologie, pour l'ablation des tumeurs bénignes et malignes.
