Dispositif caractérisé en ce que l'un des systèmes du transistor double MOS à effet de champ est prevu comme transformateur d'impédance, et en coopération avec l'autre système, comme suiveur de double source en tant qu'entrée d'un branchement d'électromètre, tandis qu'un amplificateur opérationnel est branché en aval du suivi de double source. c. L'invention s'applique notamment à la protection des bâtiments contre l'incendie.
