Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un capteur du niveau d'un liquide. Il comprend un élément allongé 2 dont une extrémité coopère avec un transducteur d'émission 1 induisant des ondes de flexion dans l'élément 2 et dont l'autre extrémité coopère avec un transducteur de réception 3. Un bloc d'atténuation 4 est serré au-dessus du transducteur d'émission. En mesurant le déphasage de l'onde entre les deux transducteurs on peut mesurer le degré d'immersion de l'élément 2 dans le liquide 5. L'invention trouve son application dans la mesure de la contenance d'un liquide dans un réservoir.
