Abstract

Outil à enlever les copeaux du genre de ceux qui présentent au moins une plaquette retournable munie de tranchants, fixable à la tête de coupe ou à la tête porte-lames, réglable et interchangeable. Dans un évidement prévu dans la tête de coupe ou dans la tête porte-lames et présentant des contre-dépouilles est disposé un coulisseau à déplacement sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'arête de coupe efficace avec lequel on peut solidariser par vissage la plaquette retournable qui s'appuie sur au moins un organe de réglage. L'invention peut être utilisée également sur un outil de tour quelconque constitué par une tête porte-lames et un manche de fixation.
