Abstract
L'invention est du domaine des procédés optiques de mesure. Elle concerne un procédé de jaugeage de la surface d'un profil défilant de manière continue dans une direction longitudinale. Sur cette surface, on focalise un faisceau de rayons laser, y forme une tache lumineuse, enregistre les variations de l'image de cette tache dues à des variations géométriques et les représente sous forme de signaux analogiques et/ou digitaux, le rayon ou le faisceau laser étant animé d'un mouvement alternatif périodique dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement du profil. Le dispositif correspondant comporte, le long du parcours du faisceau laser : une lentille convergente, une lentille collimatrice, un miroir semi-transparent incliné à 45 degrés sur l'axe optique et sur le trajet du faisceau réfléchi par le profil sur ledit miroir, un miroir déviateur, un système focalisateur, un diaphragme de faible ouverture vibrant, un photodétecteur et un ensemble électronique de traitement des signaux. Application : contrôle de la fabrication par extrusion de produits profilés.The invention relates to the field of optical measurement methods. Application: manufacturing control by extrusion of profiled products.
