Abstract

L'invention concerne des bandages pneumatiques, notamment pour véhicules lourds. La carcasse est constituée par une pluralité de plis 2a, 2b, 2c, empilés superposés, composée de deux genres de plis au moins, 2a, 2b, 2c, dont les diamètres de câbles sont différents entre eux. Les groupes de plis sont disposés de sorte que les câbles des plis extérieurs 2b, 2c ont des diamètres plus petits que ceux des plis intérieurs 2a, de manière à éviter les défaillances du bandage par rupture de câble due à la fatigue sous charge. Application aux pneumatiques pour véhicules de grandes dimensions.
