Abstract

Reader and scanner of coded labels or markings consisting of concentric rings has beam deflector with multiple surface mirror drum. A multiple surface support consists of a body with several plane surfaces arranged on its periphery. Mirrors are mounted on the plane surfaces. The elements arranged between the mirrors (76) and the support are elastically compressible. Thus the beams directed from the mirror surfaces are controlled and capable of adjustment. The mirrors (76) are connected to the support via fixing elements (77) for the adjustment of the angle of inclination. The fixing elements (77) consist of screws on the periphery of the mirrors (76).
