Abstract

L'électrode selon l'invention comporte un cadre, une cloison soudée sur le cadre, avec une structure composite comprenant une tôle de côté d'anode et une tôle de côté de cathode, une plaque d'anode, une plaque de cathode, et des entretoises conductrices dont les extrémités sont soudées d'une part sur la cloison et d'autre part sur les plaques d'anode et de cathode. L'invention s'applique notamment à l'électrolyse de solutions aqueuses de chlorure de métaux alcalins.
