Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'hydrocarbures diéniques par déshydrogénation oxydante d'hydrocarbures paraffiniques et oléfiniques à 400 à 700 degrés C en présence d'un diluant inerte et d'un agent oxydant dans un lit fluidisé de catalyseur à base d'oxydes. On effectue le procédé dans un réacteur 1 ayant au moins deux sections I, II séparées verticalement en 2 et communiquant entre elles dans les parties supérieure et inférieure du lit fluidisé. Le catalyseur circule de manière dirigée d'une section dans l'autre en étant soumis à une réduction lors de la déshydrogénation oxydante en écoulement à courant de même sens avec les hydrocarbures, puis à une désorption des produits de la réaction en écoulement à contre-courant avec un diluant inerte et à une régénération oxydante au cours de son écoulement à courant de même sens avec l'agent oxydant Dans la section de la désorption la concentration en catalyseur doit dépasser la concentration en catalyseur de l'autre section de 20 à 1 200 kg/m**3. L'invention peut trouver des applications dans la production du caoutchouc synthétique.
