Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'émulsion. Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que dans un premier stade on dissout l'agent émulsionnant dans la phase huile constituée d'au moins une huile ou d'un mélange d'au moins une huile et d'au moins une cire à une température d'environ 70-90 degrés C, en particulier environ 89-90 degrés C sous agitation et dans un deuxième stade on ajoute la phase eau en une proportion comprise entre 30 et 55 % en poids par rapport au poids total de l'émulsion et qu'enfin après la formation de l'émulsion on ajoute à une température inférieure à 40 degrés C de la poudre de polyéthylène sous forme de particules essentiellement sphériques dont la taille est comprise entre 3 et 60 microns. Application de ces émulsions à l'obturation de compositions cosmétiques.
