Dispositif à électrode destiné à être posé sur la peau, à des fins électro-médicales, comprenant un corps en matière plastique, un disque-électrode, une feuille adhésive à appliquer sur la surface d'appui, et un trou prévu dans le corps en matière plastique, pour injecter de la pâte conductrice de l'électricité. Le trou 11 prévu dans le corps en matière plastique 2 est ménagé sensiblement axialement dans le dispositif à électrode 1, dans le prolongement d'un trou 12 prévu dans le disque-électrode 3, dans le corps en matière plastique 2, il est prévu au moins un canal de décharge 14, s'étendant vers l'extérieur depuis l'espace creux 6.
