Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de macrolactone et leur procédé de fabrication. En protégeant le groupe aldéhyde des antibiotiques de la série des macrolides avec un acétal ou un thioacétal cyclique, on peut produire de nouveaux dérivés des macrolides à partir des antibiotiques de la série des macrolides en libérant successivement les radicaux sucres liés aux antibiotiques macrolides. Le nouveau dérivé macrolide obtenu par l'invention, à savoir, le dérivé des antibiotiques de la série des macrolides produit par une libération partielle ou totale des radicaux sucres est utile comme intermediaire pour produire de nouveaux antibiotiques de la série des macrolides.
