Abstract

a. Procédé de préparation de noir de carbone, de noir de fumée et de noir thermique pour renforcement, par décomposition thermique d'un mélange à base de matériaux polymères. b. Il est caractérisé en ce que ledit mélange comprend de 0 à 100 % de produits vulcanisés de caoutchouc fragmentés, de 0 à 70 % de matières plastiques, de résines synthétiques et de résidus de fils, et de 0 à 50 % d'hydrocarbures tels que les produits de cokéfaction du charbon, de raffinage du pétrole et de synthèse pétrochimique, et en ce que la décomposition thermique est effectuée à une température allant de 250 à 950 degrés C, cette décomposition étant dans certains cas, suivie d'un traitement ultérieur des produits volatiles obtenus à une température allant de 400 à 900 degrés C, de la séparation de fractions et d'extraits comprenant essentiellement des hydrocarbures cycliques ayant un indice de correspondance supérieur à 90, par fractionnement, extraction et condensation, ces produits étant ensuite utilisés - seuls et dans certains cas en mélange avec d'autres matières premières - pour la préparation de noirs de carbone par mise en oeuvre de procédés connus. c.
